Аннотация

Tibbiyot ta’limida mentor va talaba o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarning bo‘lajak shifokorlar tahliliy tafakkurini rivojlantirishdagi
o‘rni yoritilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi ustoz–shogird tizimining kognitiv jarayonlarga ta’sirini ilmiy jihatdan
asoslashdan iborat. Mentorlik faqat tajriba almashish vositasi emas, balki talabaning mustaqil klinik qaror qabul qilish
qobiliyatini shakllantiruvchi muhim omil sifatida talqin etilgan. Muallif yondashuvida mentorlikning psixologik va pedagogik
jihatlari o‘zaro uyg‘unlashtirilgan. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi mentorlik modeli hamda tahliliy tafakkur darajalari o‘rtasidagi
korrelyatsiyani aniqlashda namoyon bo‘ladi. Xulosa sifatida zamonaviy tibbiyot ta’limida mentorlikning innovatsion
formatlarini joriy etish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
