Ushbu maqola maktabgacha katta yoshdagi (5–7 yosh) bolalarda to‘g‘ri qaddi-qomatni shakllantirishda
ritmik harakatlarning ahamiyatini o‘rganadi. Zamonaviy bolalar hayotida harakatsizlik va noto‘g‘ri tana holatining ortishi
munosabati bilan mushaklar imkoniyatlarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan maxsus pedagogik texnologiyalar zarur bo‘lib bormoqda.
Maqolada musiqiy-ritmik mashqlar, xoreografik elementlar va dinamik harakat komplekslari orqali bolalarda to‘g‘ri
tana holatini shakllantirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ritmik harakatlarning bolalar mushak-skelet tizimi
rivojiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini va profilaktik ahamiyatga ega ekanligini tasdiqlaydi
