The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has significantly reshaped traditional teaching and
learning processes. This paper explores the paradigm shift from teacher-centered instruction to a collaborative model
where AI acts as a supportive tool for educators. The study examines AI’s role in automating tasks, personalizing learning,
and fostering human-AI interaction while highlighting challenges such as ethical concerns and teacher readiness. The
findings suggest that human-AI collaboration enhances educational efficiency without replacing teachers. A balanced
approach that incorporates human expertise alongside AI-driven automation is crucial for optimizing learning outcomes.
