The article explores the essence and structure of the physical education tools utilized in the author’s dissertation
research, their potential, their expression during adolescence, and the specific features of their development. It
analyzes the use of a comprehensive program in developing volitional qualities, the significance of exercises in nurturing
such qualities, and the methods applied to foster traits like overcoming various challenges encountered by schoolchildren
in the learning process.
