Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy tashkilotlar faoliyatida tobora ko‘proq uchrab turgan mobbing
hodisasi va uning xodimlarning psixoemotsional salomatligiga ijtimoiy-psixologik nuqtai nazardan ta’siri batafsil
tahlil qilingan. Mobbing — tizimli psixologik bosim, izolyatsiya, obro‘sizlantirish kabi shakllarda namoyon
bo‘lib, xodimlarning ruhiy holatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada mobbingning asosiy sabab va tashkiliy
omillari, ijtimoiy-psixologik xavfsizlik darajasi bilan bog‘liqligi, shuningdek, uning xodimlarda stress, kasbiy
charchoq (burnout) hamda motivatsiya yo‘qolishiga olib keluvchi mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Bundan tashqari,
mobbingni oldini olishga qaratilgan ijtimoiy-psixologik yondashuvlar va amaliy tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Tadqiqot
natijalari tashkilotlarda sog‘lom psixologik muhitni shakllantirish borasida nazariy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
