Blended learning (aralash ta’lim) - an’anaviy yuzma-yuz ta’limni onlayn raqamli komponentlar bilan uyg‘unlashtiradigan
zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuv o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash jarayonini takomillashtirishda samarali strategiya
sifatida e’tirof etilmoqda. Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimida bo‘lajak ingliz tili o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy
kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishda aralash ta’limning o‘rni va ta’sirini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot nazariy yondashuvlar va empirik
dalillar uyg‘unligiga asoslanib, raqamli vositalar, multimedia resurslari hamda onlayn hamkorlik platformalarining til o‘qitish
ko‘nikmalarini, raqamli savodxonlikni va pedagogik innovatsiyalarni rivojlantirishdagi
ahamiyatini o‘rganadi. Olingan natijalar
aralash ta’lim nafaqat talabalarni o‘quv jarayoniga jalb etishini va ularning mustaqil ishlash salohiyatini oshirishini,
balki an’anaviy va zamonaviy ta’lim metodologiyalari o‘rtasidagi tafovutlarni samarali bartaraf etishini ko‘rsatadi. Maqola
yakunida aralash ta’lim modellari orqali o‘qituvchilarning uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanishini ta’minlash bo‘yicha siyosat ishlab
chiquvchilar va ta’lim muassasalariga amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi
