Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada sambo sportida musobaqa faoliyati samaradorligini belgilovchi energiya sarfi va tiklanish
mexanizmlarining fiziologik, biokimyoviy hamda psixologik jihatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda yuklama intensivligi,
energiya tizimlarining ketma-ket faollashuvi, mushak faoliyati va yurak-qon tomir tizimining moslashuv mexanizmlari
o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, faol tiklanish, oziqlanish, gidratatsiya va psixologik barqarorlik sport natijalariga ta’sir qiluvchi
omillar sifatida baholangan. Natijalar energiya sarfi monitoringini raqamli texnologiyalar orqali kuzatish va individual tiklanish
protokollarini ishlab chiqish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi
