Аннотация

This article examines the importance of embracing diversity within the classroom and explores inclusive education
strategies aimed at empowering all learners. Recognizing the wide range of differences among students – including
cultural backgrounds, learning abilities, languages, and socio-economic statuses – the article emphasizes the need for
equitable teaching practices that promote full participation and academic success for every learner. Key strategies discussed
include differentiated instruction, culturally responsive teaching, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), which
collectively foster an inclusive environment where diverse learners feel valued and supported. The article highlights how
these approaches not only enhance academic outcomes but also contribute to social-emotional development and the
cultivation of a respectful, collaborative classroom culture
