Maqolada sanogen va patogen tafakkur mexanizmlari psixologik hamda pedagogik nuqtai nazardan tahlil
qilinadi. Sanogen tafakkur shaxsning emotsional barqarorligini ta’minlash, stressga nisbatan moslashuvchanlikni rivojlantirish
va sog‘lom fikrlashni shakllantirishda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Patogen tafakkur esa salbiy fikrlash modellari, asossiz
qo‘rquvlar va moslashuvchan bo‘lmagan emotsional reaksiyalar bilan xarakterlanadi hamda shaxs rivojiga salbiy ta’sir
ko‘rsatadi.
