Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada sport mashg‘ulotlarining stressni kamaytirishdagi o‘rni nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda
stressning fiziologik va psixologik mexanizmlari, ularning inson organizmiga ta’siri hamda jismoniy faollik orqali
bu holatni yengillashtirish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Adabiyotlarni tahlil qilish va solishtirish metodlari asosida turli yosh guruhlari
hamda sport turlarining stressga qarshi ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Natijalar muntazam sport mashg‘ulotlari stress gormonlarini
kamaytirishini, psixologik barqarorlikni oshirishini va ijtimoiy faollikni kuchaytirishini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, jamoaviy
sport turlari orqali ijobiy emotsional muhit shakllanishi hamda stressga nisbatan psixologik immunitet mustahkamlanishi
aniqlangan.
