Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada ayollar kasbiy o‘sishida kuzatiladigan “shisha shift” sindromining mohiyati, uning shakllanishiga
olib keluvchi ijtimoiy, psixologik va institutsional omillar hamda ushbu sindromning individual va ijtimoiy darajadagi
oqibatlari tahlil etiladi. Tadqiqotda gender stereotiplari, patriarxal qarashlar, mehnat bozori nomutanosibliklari va
o‘ziga past baho berish kabi psixologik omillar ayollarning rahbarlik pozitsiyalariga ko‘tarilishiga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi asosiy
sabablar sifatida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, mentorlik dasturlari, kouçing, inklyuziv korporativ madaniyat, genderga sezgir
siyosat va kasbiy rivojlanish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish “shisha shift”ni yengishga xizmat qiluvchi samarali strategiyalar
sifatida baholangan. Maqola ushbu sindromni bartaraf etishda kompleks yondashuvning zarurligini asoslab beradi.
