Ushbu maqolada o‘quvchilarda ichki lokus nazoratni rivojlantirish orqali muvaffaqiyat motivatsiyasini
kuchaytirishning psixologik mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Shaxsning o‘z xatti-harakatlari natijalarini ichki nazorat
qilish darajasi uning o‘quv faoliyatidagi mas’uliyat, o‘zini baholash va muvaffaqiyatga erishish motivlariga bevosita
ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada A. Bandura, J. Rotter, D. Mc Clelland va mahalliy olimlarning nazariy qarashlari asosida
o‘quvchilarning motivatsion tuzilmasida ichki lokusning o‘rni, u orqali ijobiy o‘zini anglash, maqsadga yo‘naltirilganlik va
o‘zini boshqarish jarayonlarining shakllanishi yoritiladi. Empirik ma’lumotlar o‘quvchilarda ichki nazoratni rivojlantirish
muvaffaqiyatga yo‘naltirilgan motivatsiyani oshirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
