Mazkur maqola ayollarda ish va oila o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni ta’minlashga ta’sir etuvchi psixologik omillarni
tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi — ishlaydigan ayollarning shaxs xususiyatlari, oilaviy struktura
va ijtimoiy omillarning ish–oila muvozanatiga ta’sirini aniqlashdir. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, stressga bardoshlilik, ijtimoiy
qo‘llab-quvvatlash, shaxsning o‘zini anglash darajasi va qadriyat tizimi ayollar ruhiy barqarorligining asosiy omillari
hisoblanadi. Ish–oila muvozanatini ta’minlash strategiyalari sifatida vaqtni rejalashtirish, relaksatsiya mashqlari, oilaviy
muloqot modeli va psixologik yordam tizimlari taklif etilgan
