Аннотация

The study provides theoretical substantiation for the high effectiveness of STEM technologies as an integrated
pedagogical tool aimed at the purposeful development of the foundations of logical thinking in students. Based on an
analysis of domestic pedagogical approaches by T. V. Volosovets and I. M. Klimova, it is argued that STEM technologies,
which integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, ensure the active acquisition of logical operations
such as analysis, synthesis, classification, and generalization through problem-oriented, research-based, and practical
activities. The findings indicate that this approach best corresponds to the leading type of activity in preschool age,
namely play and experimentation. The conclusion presents the author’s methodological strategies and recommendations
for developing all aspects of logical thinking, including algorithmic thinking and constructive skills.
