Ushbu maqolada yuqori intensivlikdagi interval mashg‘ulotlar (YUIIM)ning kardiorespirator chidamlilikni
oshirishdagi samaradorligi hamda ushbu jarayonning asosiy fiziologik mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Mavjud fiziologik
ma’lumotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, YUIIM qisqa vaqt ichida maksimal kislorod iste’moli (VO2max) ko‘rsatkichining sezilarli
oshishini ta’minlab, an’anaviy uzoq davom etuvchi aerob mashg‘ulotlarga nisbatan yuqori samaradorlikka ega ekanligi
ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan
