Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirishda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarning
imkoniyatlari o‘rganilib, ularni milliy ta’lim tizimiga integratsiya qilish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, rivojlangan
davlatlar – Finlandiya, Janubiy Koreya, Singapur, Yaponiya va Germaniya ta’lim tizimlari tahlil qilinib, ularning
O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari aniqlangan hamda tegishli tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Maqolada o‘quv
dasturlarini modernizatsiya qilish, o‘qituvchilar salohiyatini oshirish, baholash tizimini takomillashtirish va o‘quv jarayonini
samarali tashkil etish bo‘yicha amaliy yondashuvlarni shakllantirish hamda bu borada olib borilayotgan sa’y-harakatlar
keng yoritilgan.
