Mazkur maqolada kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlash jarayonining ijtimoiy-psixologik xususiyatlari ilmiy jihatdan
tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda guruh dinamikasi, ijtimoiy o‘rganish, kommunikativ kompetensiyalar, rahbarlik salohiyati hamda
jamoaviy faoliyatning kasbiy tayyorgarlikdagi o‘rni asosiy e’tibor markazida bo‘ladi. Kasbiy ta’lim jarayonida ijtimoiy
omillarning talabalar motivatsiyasi, moslashuvchanligi va professional kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishdagi ahamiyati
asoslab beriladi. Empirik misollar orqali guruh ichidagi o‘zaro ta’sir, konfliktlarni boshqarish va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash
mexanizmlarining samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada kasbiy tayyorgarlik tizimida ijtimoiy-psixologik treninglarni joriy
etish zarurligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslanib, ularning bitiruvchilarning mehnat faoliyatidagi muvaffaqiyatiga ijobiy ta’siri ko‘rsatib
beriladi.
