Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim tizimining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri bo‘lgan masofaviy ta’lim sharoitida
“Seven Skills” (XXI asr ko‘nikmalari)ni rivojlantirishning pedagogik va psixologik asoslari kompleks tahlil qilinadi.
Tadqiqotda raqamli transformatsiya va globallashuv sharoitida oliy ta’lim tizimida masofaviy o‘qitish texnologiyalarini
joriy etish orqali talabalar shaxsida tanqidiy va tahliliy fikrlash, samarali kommunikatsiya, hamkorlikda ishlash, ijodkorlik,
muammolarni hal etish, raqamli savodxonlik hamda o‘zini o‘zi rivojlantirish kabi zamonaviy kompetensiyalarni shakllantirish
zarurati ilmiy asoslab beriladi. Maqolada masofaviy ta’limning pedagogik imkoniyatlari – interaktiv metodlar,
raqamli ta’lim platformalari, moslashuvchan o‘qitish modellarining “Seven Skills”ni rivojlantirishdagi o‘rni yoritiladi. Shu
bilan birga, masofaviy ta’lim jarayonida talabaning o‘quv faoliyatiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy psixologik omillar, jumladan,
ichki va tashqi motivatsiya, o‘zini o‘zi boshqarish va refleksiya qilish qobiliyati, ijtimoiy o‘zaro ta’sir, emotsional barqarorlik
hamda mas’uliyat hissining shakllanish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqot natijalari masofaviy ta’lim muhitida pedagogik
va psixologik yondashuvlarni uyg‘unlashtirish orqali “Seven Skills”ni samarali rivojlantirish mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur
yondashuvlar oliy ta’lim muassasalarida raqamli ta’lim sifatini oshirish, raqobatbardosh, mustaqil fikrlovchi va kasbiy
jihatdan yetuk mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekanligi bilan asoslanadi
