Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada maktab direktorlarining samarali boshqaruv ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishda sinergetik
yondashuvning nazariy-metodologik asoslari, uning boshqaruv jarayoniga ta’siri hamda ta’lim tizimidagi amaliy ahamiyati
tahlil qilinadi. Sinergetika nazariyasi maktabni murakkab va o‘zaro bog‘langan tizim sifatida talqin qilib, boshqaruv
jarayonida sinergiya hamda tizimkor fikrlashni rivojlantirishning samarali mexanizmlarini asoslaydi. Shuningdek, mazkur
yondashuv ta’lim muassasasida strategik boshqaruv, jamoaviy hamkorlik va innovatsion rivojlanishni ta’minlashda muhim
metodologik asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi yoritib beriladi
