Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimi pedagoglarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini doimiy ravishda rivojlantirishni talab
qiladi. Ayniqsa, pedagogik faoliyatni endigina boshlagan yosh o‘qituvchilar uchun metodik tajribaning yetishmasligi ta’lim
jarayonining samaradorligiga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Shu sababli ta’lim muassasalarida tajriba almashish tizimini
tashkil etish yosh pedagoglarning kasbiy rivojlanishida muhim omil hisoblanadi. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi yosh pedagoglarning
kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishda tajriba almashish jarayonining ilmiy-metodik asoslarini aniqlash
hamda uning samarali usullarini ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot davomida pedagogik kuzatuv, so‘rovnoma, intervyu,
taqqoslash va statistik tahlil metodlaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, mentorlik tizimi, ochiq darslar, metodik
seminarlar, professional hamjamiyatlar va raqamli platformalar orqali tashkil etilgan tajriba almashish jarayonlari yosh
pedagoglarning metodik, kommunikativ hamda refleksiv kompetensiyalarini sezilarli darajada rivojlantiradi. Tadqiqot natijalariga
asoslanib, ta’lim muassasalarida tajriba almashishning tizimli modeli taklif qilindi. Ushbu model pedagoglarning
kasbiy o‘sishini qo‘llab-quvvatlash hamda ta’lim sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi
