Ushbu maqola psixologiya yo‘nalishida tahsil olayotgan talabalar faoliyatida kasbiy refleksiyani rivojlantirishning
tarbiyaviy-psixologik determinantlarini aniqlash va tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda refleksiv ong, metakognitiv
jarayonlar, shaxsiy-professional identifikatsiya hamda ijtimoiy-psixologik omillar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik ilmiy
asosda yoritilgan. Maqolada kasbiy refleksiyani rivojlantirish jarayonida motivatsion, kognitiv, faoliyatga oid va reflektiv-
baholash komponentlarining roli ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, interaktiv metodlar, refleksiv mashqlar, psixologik treninglar
va muammoli vaziyatlar asosida refleksiyani shakllantirish samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni
ko‘rsatadiki, kasbiy refleksiya psixologiya yo‘nalishi talabalari kasbiy kompetensiyasini shakllantirishda markaziy determinant
sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi va uning rivoji shaxsiy o‘sish, professional identifikatsiya hamda psixologik moslashuv
darajasiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
