Maktabgacha ta’lim pedagoglari kasbiy faoliyati samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan pedagogik texnologiyaning
mazmuni, tarkibiy qismlari hamda amaliy modeli tahlil qilinadi. Sifat va miqdoriy tahlil natijalariga asoslangan
holda ishlab chiqilgan texnologiya bo‘lajak pedagoglarning rejalashtirish, metodik qaror qabul qilish, muloqot, refleksiya
va ijodiy muammolarni yechish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatgani aniqlangan. Eksperimental natijalar
pedagogik texnologiya qo‘llanilganda pedagog faoliyati ko‘rsatkichlari sezilarli darajada oshganini ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur
yondashuv kasbiy rivojlanishni tizimli boshqarish, ta’lim jarayonini ilmiy asosda tashkil etish hamda maktabgacha ta’lim
sifatini oshirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi.
