Ushbu maqolada umumta’lim maktablarida o‘qituvchilarning sifat faoliyatini baholash tizimini yaratishning
nazariy va amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim sharoitida o‘qituvchi faoliyatini baholash nafaqat nazorat vositasi,
balki pedagogik mahoratni rivojlantirish va ta’lim sifatini oshirishning muhim mexanizmi sifatida qaralishi zarur. Maqolada
xalqaro tajribalar, xususan, OECD davlatlari, Kosta-Rika, Indoneziya hamda Janubiy Sudan misolida o‘qituvchilarni baholash
tizimlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, baholash tizimining asosiy komponentlari -pedagogik kompetensiyalar, shaxsiy
sifatlar, kasbiy rivojlanish va o‘quvchilar natijalari asosida tuzilgan konseptual model taklif etilgan. Maqola yakunida
umumta’lim maktablari uchun o‘qituvchilar faoliyatini baholashning kompleks tizimini joriy etish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar
berilgan.
