This article analyzes the pedagogical and methodological foundations for developing listening and speaking
skills in high school students. The study explored the mechanisms for developing these skills using a communicative
approach, interactive methods, and digital technologies. Effective methods for developing listening and speaking comprehension
are identified, and their importance in the educational process is substantiated. An integrative development
model is proposed as a scientific innovation
