Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada malaka oshirish jarayonida maktabgacha ta’lim tashkiloti tarbiyachilarining 4K ko‘nikmalarini
- kreativlik, kritik fikrlash, kommunikatsiya va kollaboratsiyani - muammoga asoslangan o‘qitish vositasida rivojlantirish
texnologiyasi yoritildi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi muammoli vaziyat, kasbiy keys, reflektiv tahlil va hamkorlikdagi
yechim ishlab chiqish mexanizmlariga tayangan holda amaliy texnologik model taklif etishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda tahlil,
qiyosiy sharh, pedagogik modellashtirish va amaliy tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqish usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijada malaka
oshirish kurslarida qo‘llash mumkin bo‘lgan bosqichma-bosqich texnologiya, baholash mezonlari hamda 4K ko‘nikmalarni
aniqlash indikatorlari ishlab chiqildi. Taklif etilgan texnologiya tarbiyachining kasbiy refleksiyasi, guruhiy ishlash madaniyati
va real pedagogik muammoni yechish salohiyatini kuchaytirishga xizmat qiladi
