O‘rta maktab yoshidagi o‘quvchilarda voleybol mashg‘ulotlarining psixoemotsional holat va ijtimoiy faollikka
ta’siri IMRAD modeli asosida tahlil qilinadi. Ilmiy manbalar sintezi jamoaviy sportning stressni kamaytirish, ijtimoiy bog‘liqlikni
mustahkamlash, o‘ziga ishonch hamda o‘zini nazorat qilish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishdagi imkoniyatlarini yoritadi.
Olingan natijalar voleybol maktab sharoitida nafaqat jismoniy faoliyat turi, balki emotsional barqarorlik va konstruktiv
muloqotni shakllantiruvchi samarali pedagogik vosita ekanini ko‘rsatadi. Xulosada voleybol mashg‘ulotlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi,
xavfsiz va refleksiv muhitda tashkil etish zarurligi asoslanadi
