The acmeological approach is examined as a conceptual framework for enhancing the managerial competence
of school principals. The study analyzes the interconnection between acmeological principles and effective educational
leadership, identifying key competencies required for achieving professional excellence in school management. The
findings demonstrate that the systematic application of the acmeological approach leads to measurable improvements
in school performance indicators, teacher satisfaction, and student achievement. Based on empirical data collected from
120 school principals in Uzbekistan, a structural model for acmeological development in educational management is
proposed.
