Ushbu maqolada media kompetentlik va media savodxonlik tushunchalarining ilmiy-pedagogik mohiyati,
tarkibiy komponentlari hamda tarixiy rivojlanish bosqichlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, media savodxonlikning bolaning
psixologik rivojlanishi, tanqidiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish, axloqiy tarbiya jarayonini takomillashtirish, emotsional-
intellektual salohiyatini boyitish hamda raqamli muhitda milliy o‘zlik hissini rivojlantirishdagi pedagogik ahamiyati
asoslab
beriladi.
