Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirishning markazlashgan (vertikal) tizimi tahlil
qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi mazkur tizimning samaradorligini baholash va uning amaliy cheklovlarini aniqlashdan
iborat. Maqolada mavjud tizimning asosan nazariy yondashuvlarga tayanganligi hamda o‘qituvchilar o‘rtasida gorizontal
hamkorlikning cheklanganligi asosiy muammo sifatida ko‘rsatiladi. Muallif ushbu tizim innovatsion pedagogik tajribalar
almashinuvi uchun yetarli imkoniyat yaratmayotganini ta’kidlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy rivojlanishida
amaliyotga asoslangan yondashuvlarning yetishmasligini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolaning ilmiy yangiligi shundaki, unda vertikal
tizimning institutsional cheklovlari tizimli tahlil asosida yoritiladi. Xulosa sifatida tizimni takomillashtirish zarurligi asoslab
beriladi.
