Mazkur ilmiy maqolada rivojlangan mamlakatlar, jumladan, Singapur, Janubiy Koreya, Xitoy, Yaponiya
hamda Buyuk Britaniyada o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari, ularning huquqiy maqomi va global
kompetensiyalari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, kompetensiyaga asoslangan ta’lim, 4K ko‘nikmalar, emotsional intellekt, pedagogik
dizayn, barqaror rivojlanish hamda mentorlik kabi yo‘nalishlar ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda
ta’lim sohasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarga mos ravishda amaliy va ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
