Digital technologies are transforming HRM in higher education, enhancing institutional efficiency. This study
analyzes the state and challenges of digital HRM in Uzbekistan, including infrastructure gaps, lack of HR analytics, limited
competencies, and resistance to change. An integrated model is proposed, emphasizing the importance of leadership
and alignment with labor market demands
