Maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda tolerantlik madaniyatini shakllantirishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari,
ijtimoiy-psixologik mexanizmlari hamda amaliy pedagogik shart-sharoitlari keng tahlil qilingan. Bolalikning ilk bosqichida
empatiya, hamkorlik, bag‘rikenglik, nizolarni konstruktiv hal etish, muloqot madaniyati va madaniy xilma-xillikka hurmat
kabi kompetensiyalarning shakllanishi keyingi ijtimoiy hayot sifatiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishi asoslab berilgan. Xorijiy
va mahalliy olimlarning ilmiy tadqiqotlari asosida oila, maktabgacha ta’lim tashkiloti, tengdoshlar muhiti, pedagog shaxsi
hamda raqamli axborot muhitining tolerantlik madaniyatini shakllantirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston
sharoitida milliy qadriyatlar, insonparvarlik, jamoaviylik va o‘zaro hurmat tamoyillarini maktabgacha ta’lim mazmuniga
integratsiya qilishning ustuvor ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan.
