Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistondagi bo‘lajak texnologiya o‘qituvchilarining ommaviy aloqalar (PR) bo‘yicha
ko‘nikmalarini takomillashtirishning samarali yondashuvlari innovatsion ta’lim strategiyalari orqali tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning
asosiy maqsadi – o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash dasturlarida muhim kommunikativ kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishga
xizmat qiladigan usullarni aniqlash va baholashdan iborat. Aralash usullarga asoslangan tadqiqot dizayni qo‘llanilib,
unda pedagoglar bilan olib borilgan sifatli suhbatlar hamda maqsadli intervensiyalar natijasida shakllangan ko‘nikmalarni
miqdoriy tahlil qilish uyg‘unlashtirilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, hamkorlikka asoslangan loyihalar, raqamli kommunikatsiya
platformalari va ssenariy asosidagi ta’lim metodlarini joriy etish ishtirokchilarda PR ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishda
sezilarli ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu topilmalar shuni anglatadiki, bunday metodlarni amaldagi o‘quv dasturlariga integratsiya
qilish texnologiya o‘qituvchilarini o‘zgarib borayotgan ijtimoiy kontekstda kasbiy muloqot va jamoatchilik bilan
aloqaga samaraliroq tayyorlashi mumkin.
