Project-Based Learning (PBL) has become an innovative and highly effective teaching methodology in modern
professional education. This approach focuses on student-centered learning by engaging learners in real-world projects
that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and practical skill development. In professional education,
where theoretical knowledge must be combined with practical competence, PBL provides significant opportunities for
improving students’ academic performance and professional readiness. This article examines the role of project-based
learning in professional education, its pedagogical advantages, implementation strategies, and its impact on learners’
motivation and career preparation.
