Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada yuqori sinf o‘quvchilarida o‘ziga ishonchni oshirishda psixologik treninglarning ahamiyati
yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda o‘quvchilarning muloqotga kirishish faolligi, jamoa oldida o‘z fikrini erkin bildirish darajasi hamda o‘z
imkoniyatlariga bo‘lgan munosabati tahlil qilindi. Psixologik treninglar, suhbat, kuzatish va so‘rovnoma metodlari asosida
o‘quvchilarning treningdan oldingi va keyingi holati solishtirildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, trening mashg‘ulotlari o‘quvchilarda
tortinchoqlikni kamaytirish, ijtimoiy faollikni oshirish, o‘zini ijobiy baholash va mustaqil fikr bildirish ko‘nikmalarini
rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Maqolada maktab psixologi tomonidan bunday treninglarni tizimli tashkil etish zarurligi
asoslab berilgan hamda o‘quvchilarning shaxsiy rivojlanishini qo‘llab-quvvatlashga oid amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
