Аннотация

Maqolada yillik mashg‘ulot jarayonida o‘rta masofa yuguruvchilarining tezlik-kuch ko‘rsatkichlarini rivojlantirish
metodikasi ilmiy-amaliy nuqtayi nazardan asoslanadi. 800 metr va 1500 metrga yuguruvchilarda tezlik-kuch
tayyorgarligi anaerob quvvat, yugurish iqtisodiyligi, reaktiv kuch, maxsus chidamlilik va yakuniy tezlanish bilan integratsiyalashgan
sifat sifatida talqin qilinadi. Materiallar va metodlar qismida sportchilarni bosqichma-bosqich tayyorlashga
xizmat qiladigan diagnostik, bazaviy kuch, maxsus tezlik-kuch, musobaqaga integratsiyalashgan va tiklovchi nazorat
bloklari ishlab chiqildi. Natijalar qismida yillik siklga mos metodik modul, mashqlar dozasi, nazorat mezonlari va mikrotsikl
namunasi keltirildi. Tavsiya etilgan metodika kuch vositalarini yugurish texnikasi va musobaqa sur’ati bilan bog‘lashga,
yuklama hajmini sportchining masofasiga qarab differensiallashtirishga, jarohatlanish xavfini kamaytirgan holda tezlik
zaxirasini oshirishga qaratilgan.
