Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada magistrantlarda kuzatiladigan imposter sindromining (o‘z yutuqlari va muvaffaqiyatlarini
munosib baholay olmaslik hamda o‘z kompetentligiga shubha bilan qarash holati) kreativ salohiyat rivojlanishiga ta’siri
psixologik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqotda imposter sindromining nazariy asoslari, uning magistrantlarning ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyati, ijodiy fikrlashi va
kasbiy o‘zini namoyon etish jarayonlariga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sindromni yengib o‘tish orqali
kreativ salohiyatni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi kognitiv, motivatsion-shaxsiy, emotsional-regulyativ hamda ijtimoiy-psixologik
mexanizmlar aniqlangan va ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan.
