Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistondagi ilmiy-tadqiqotchi ayollarning akademik va shaxsiy o‘zligi shakllanishi
muammosi nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot mahalliy sharoitda ayollarda akademik o‘zlik shakllanishida hal qiluvchi
omil doktorantura va akademik faoliyatga kirish bosqichidagi motivatsion tuzilma ekanligini asoslaydi. Mazkur tuzilma
ko‘pincha ichki kasbiy intilishdan emas, balki kasblarning gender segregatsiyasi, oilaviy bosim hamda “bir joyda qotib
qolmaslik” istagi kabi tashqi va bilvosita omillar ta’sirida shakllanadi.
M. Henkelning akademik o‘zlik modeli O‘zbekistonning ijtimoiy-madaniy sharoitiga moslashtirilib, akademik motivatsiyaning
to‘rtta turi - ichki-kasbiy, oilaviy-ijtimoiy, pragmatik-moliyaviy va vaziyatga asoslangan motivatsiya ajratib ko‘rsatiladi.
Tahlillar ilmiy daraja bosqichlarida kuzatiladigan “teshilgan quvur” (leaky pipeline) hodisasining asosiy sabablaridan
biri dastlabki motivatsiyaning barqaror ichki kasbiy motivga aylana olmasligi ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari
motivatsion xususiyatlarni hisobga olgan holda differensial ijtimoiy-pedagogik qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarini ishlab
chiqish zarurligini asoslaydi.
