Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada soft skills kompetensiyalarining ilmiy-pedagogik mohiyati, ularning zamonaviy ta’lim
tizimidagi o‘rni hamda shaxsning kasbiy va ijtimoiy rivojlanishidagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida soft skills
tushunchasining shakllanish va evolyutsiya bosqichlari, xalqaro tashkilotlar tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan kompetensiyaviy
yondashuvlar hamda XXI asr ko‘nikmalariga oid nazariy qarashlar tizimli ravishda o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, kommunikativ
kompetensiya, tanqidiy fikrlash, kreativlik, hamkorlik, liderlik, moslashuvchanlik, emotsional intellekt va o‘zini boshqarish
kabi soft skills komponentlarining pedagogik mazmuni yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, soft skills kompetensiyalarini
rivojlantirish pedagoglarning kasbiy kompetentligini oshirish, ta’lim sifatini yaxshilash hamda ta’lim muassasalarida
samarali boshqaruvni tashkil etishning muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi. Maqolada soft skills kompetensiyalarining
tasnifi taklif etilib, ularni maktabgacha ta’lim tizimiga integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha ilmiy-metodik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
