Mazkur maqolada yosh ofitserlarda xizmat rezistentligining shakllanishi va namoyon bo‘lishini belgilovchi
asosiy ijtimoiy-psixologik determinantlar tahlil qilinadi. Harbiy jamoaning ijtimoiy-psixologik muhiti, rahbarlik uslubi,
guruhiy birdamlik, hamkasblar ko‘magi, kasbiy motivatsiya, stressga bardoshlilik, emotsional o‘zini boshqarish hamda
moslashuvchan koping strategiyalarining xizmat faoliyatidagi barqarorlikka ta’siri yoritiladi. Shuningdek, mobbing, ierarxik
bosim, nizoli munosabatlar va agressiv xulq xizmat rezistentligini pasaytiruvchi xavf omillari sifatida baholanadi. Xizmat
rezistentligi yosh ofitserning murakkab va zo‘riqishli vaziyatlarda kasbiy samaradorligi, psixologik barqarorligi hamda
ijtimoiy moslashuvini saqlab qolishini ta’minlovchi integrativ resurs sifatida talqin etiladi
