Аннотация

This study examines the impact of boxing on physical and mental development. It explores how regular boxing training improves physical fitness, including strength, endurance, coordination, agility, and cardiovascular health. The paper also analyzes the psychological benefits of boxing, such as increased self-confidence, emotional resilience, stress management, discipline, and mental well-being. Furthermore, it discusses the role of boxing in promoting healthy lifestyles, personal growth, and social development among individuals of different age groups. The findings highlight boxing as an effective sport for enhancing both physical performance and psychological health.
