Maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishning psixologik-pedagogik omili sifatida empatik liderlik tahlil qilingan. Natijada empatik liderlikning tarkibiy qismlari aniqlashtirilib, normativ-huquqiy, tashkiliy-boshqaruv, psixologik-pedagogik, motivatsion va monitoring-baholash mexanizmlarini o‘z ichiga olgan boshqaruv modeli taklif etildi.
