Аннотация

Dala no‘xati (Pisum sativum L.) va rizobiyalar o‘rtasidagi simbioz biologik azot fiksatsiyasini ta’minlab, o‘simlikning oziqlanishi va don hosildorligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Biroq inokulyatsiya samaradorligi bakteriya shtammi, o‘simlik genotipi, tuproq unumdorligi va ekologik sharoitlarga bog‘liq. Ushbu maqolada rizobiyalar bilan inokulyatsiyaning dala no‘xatining o‘sishi, don hosildorligi va stresslarga chidamliligiga ta’siri, shuningdek, uning samaradorligini cheklovchi omillar ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tanqidiy tahlil qilindi. 1990–2022-yillarga oid Web of Science ma’lumotlari asosida 117 ta ilmiy nashr ko‘rib chiqildi va ulardan 13 ta tadqiqot miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlar bo‘yicha tanlab olindi. Qiyosiy ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, inokulyatsiya qilingan variantlarda o‘rtacha don hosildorligi 2 887 kg/ga, nazorat variantida esa 2 240 kg/ga bo‘lib, farq 647 kg/ga yoki 28,9% ni tashkil etdi. Biroq ushbu tavsifiy farqning statistik ahamiyati barcha sharoitlarda tasdiqlanmagan. Inokulyatsiya samaradorligi shtamm xususiyatlari, tuproqdagi fosfor va namlik miqdori hamda mahalliy mikroorganizmlar bilan o‘zaro ta’sirga bog‘liq. Mahalliy sharoitlarga mos shtammlarni tanlash va ularning samaradorligini standartlashtirilgan dala tajribalarida baholash zarur.
