oilaviy hayotdagi psixologik farovonlikka bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu maqolada ish va shaxsiy hayot
o‘rtasidagi muvozanat tushunchasi, uning ahamiyati, shuningdek, bu ikki soha o‘rtasidagi ziddiyatlarning
sabablari va oqibatlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, turli tadqiqotchilarning nazariyalari hamda so‘nggi ilmiy
izlanishlar asosida mazkur muammo yoritilgan
