Ushbu maqolada loyiha asosida o‘qitish (Project-Based Learning – PBL) uslubining talabalar liderlik salohiyatini
rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. PBLning asosiy xususiyati – faoliyatga asoslangan, hamkorlikka tayangan
va muloqotga yo‘naltirilgan ta’limiy yondashuv bo‘lib, bu metod orqali talabalar muammolarni hal qilish, tanqidiy fikrlash,
jamoaviy ishlash va mustaqil qaror qabul qilish kabi ko‘nikmalarni shakllantiradilar. Maqolada turli manbalar asosida PBL
yondashuvining nazariy asoslari, ayniqsa konstruktivistik falsafa bilan bog‘liqligi, hamda uning amaliy samaradorligi tahlil
qilingan. Shuningdek, liderlik kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishda PBLning roli chuqur yoritilgan va bu uslubning samaradorligini
aniqlash mezonlari ko‘rib chiqilgan
