This article explores the psychological foundations of professional adaptation as a key factor influencing
professional performance. It analyzes motivational, emotional, cognitive, and reflective aspects that shape an individual’s
capacity to adjust effectively to workplace demands. Drawing on classical and contemporary psychological theories, the
study highlights the importance of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and continuous learning in achieving adaptive
stability. The results demonstrate that professional adaptation is not a passive process but a dynamic interaction between
personal resources and environmental challenges. Strengthening these psychological mechanisms through mentoring
and training enhances productivity, creativity, and resilience among specialists
