The article analyzes the relationship between emotional intelligence and perceptive ability as psychological
factors of teacher success in the modern educational process. Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to manage
one’s own and others’ emotions, while perceptive ability refers to the skill of perceiving and accurately interpreting students’
nonverbal signals. The synergistic effect of these competencies in pedagogical practice is examined. The findings
indicate that their harmonious development not only strengthens psychological rapport with students but also fosters a
positive classroom climate, enhances students’ academic achievement, and increases teachers’ professional resilience.
The article has practical relevance for specialists in educational psychology, educational management, and teacher professional
development.
