Аннотация

Maqola bo‘lajak surdopedagoglarning kasbiy kompetentligini mustaqil ta’lim jarayonida shakllantirishning
samarali metodlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi - mustaqil ta’limning pedagogik samaradorligini
aniqlash hamda refleksiv-faoliyatli metodlarni amaliyotga tatbiq etishdan iborat. Muallif innovatsion metodlarni tizimli
ravishda
qo‘llash orqali kompetentlikni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan yondashuvni taklif etadi. Olingan natijalar pedagoglarning
kasbiy ko‘nikmalari sezilarli darajada oshganligini tasdiqlaydi. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi mustaqil ta’lim asosida refleksiv
va amaliy komponentlarni integratsiyalashgan holda birlashtiruvchi modelni ishlab chiqishda namoyon bo‘ladi
