Mazkur maqolada pedagogik oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalari orasida liderlik qobiliyatini rivojlantirish
masalasi
xorijiy tajribalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida Yevropa, AQSh va Osiyo mamlakatlarida qo‘llanilayotgan
zamonaviy yondashuvlar, kompetensiyaviy model, tajribaga asoslangan o‘qitish, mentorlik dasturlari hamda talabalarning
ijtimoiy faolligini qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari o‘rganildi. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, liderlik ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish
jarayoni faqat nazariy tayyorgarlik bilan cheklanib qolmasdan, amaliy faoliyat, jamoaviy loyihalar, refleksiv tahlil va ijtimoiy
hamkorlik asosida samarali natija beradi. Shuningdek, oliy ta’lim muhitida demokratik boshqaruv tamoyillarini joriy etish,
talabalarga tashabbus ko‘rsatish imkoniyatini yaratish va akademik erkinlikni kengaytirish muhim omil sifatida namoyon
bo‘ladi. Maqolada xorij tajribasini milliy ta’lim tizimiga moslashtirish yo‘llari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslab beriladi hamda
pedagogik kadrlar tayyorlash sifatini oshirishga doir takliflar ilgari suriladi.
