Ushbu tadqiqot bo‘lajak shifokorlarning kasbiy faoliyatga motivatsiyasi hamda ularning tibbiyot sohasiga
qiziqishiga ta’sir etuvchi psixologik omillarni o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Mavzuning dolzarbligi tibbiy ta’lim sifatini oshirish
va kelajakdagi sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi samaradorligini ta’minlashda kuchli kasbiy motivatsiyaning muhim o‘rin tutishi bilan
izohlanadi.
Tadqiqotning maqsadi talabalarning kasbiy motivatsiya darajasini baholash hamda unga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy psixologik
omillarni aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqotda ichki va tashqi motivatsiyani, shuningdek stress darajasi, tibbiyotga qiziqish va
ijtimoiy muhit kabi omillarni baholash uchun so‘rovnoma usulidan foydalanildi.
Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ichki omillar (shaxsiy qiziqish, boshqalarga yordam berish istagi) va tashqi omillar (oila ta’siri,
ijtimoiy maqom hamda ta’lim muhiti) motivatsiyaning shakllanishida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shu bilan birga, yuqori darajadagi
stress va o‘quv yuklamasi ayrim talabalarda motivatsiyaning pasayishiga olib kelishi mumkin.
